At Google Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Google account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to generate a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a sturdy shipping box to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location or schedule a free pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
